Return and refund policy

We want your baby to sleep safely and comfortably. If anything you receive doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a smooth return process.

Return Period

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

• Unused

• Unwashed

• In original packaging

• Free from damage (unless damaged during shipping)

Exchange Window

Exchanges can be requested within 10 days of delivery. If a particular pattern or item is sold out, you may switch to another item or choose a refund.

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed within:
• 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund—no additional cost.

Non-returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened, including:

• Pillow inserts

• Mattress protectors

• Custom or personalized items
